Alton Natural Gas Pipeline - Focus Report available for Comments

On August 29, 2012, the Minister of Environment released a decision (PDF: 35k) concerning this review.The Minister has determined that a Focus Report is required in accordance with clause 13(1)(c) of the Environmental Assessment Regulations, pursuant to Part IV of the Environment Act.

On March 12 the Focus Report was released to the public and is available for comments until April 12, 2013.
